NMT-xxx Transponders for COMTECH devices

The NMT-xxx transponder series are designed to complete the COMTECH manufactured nodes and amplifiers with monitoring function. All the transponder types are able to measure ingress level in the return path and control the unique 3 or 4 state automatic ingress switch. Depending on the ordered software the transponders can work in COMTECH, HMS or DOCSIS monitoring systems. The multiprotocol support makes possible to change the extreme robust ComMon protocol to the standardized HMS. All the managed variables as well as the alarm numbers can be read out by the IR1 Zero-EMI wireless handheld unit, further NMT-COMx types can be managed via a PC's USB port.
