The STRATUM CorX RMV1-10 optical node is an ideal choice when involving DAA technology is needed in shelf environment. Based on the type of the chosen RMD, Vecima SC-1D, the device is able to handle one forward path and one or two reverse path segments. The device provides direct access to the RMD’s RF ports via a diplexer, but without active stages. This provides the flexibility of combining the device with the COMTECH LinX products for building e.g. an FTTB/RFoG last mile network, and allows the lowest complexity in case of need for low output levels by any reasons.
